Since 1985, when Brian K. Foster graduated from Rider University, having double majored in Accounting and Finance and having attained his CPA Certification from the State of New Jersey, he has been employed both in Public Accounting and in private industry. Brian K. Foster worked many years for KPMG, LLP and has held various managerial positions, including the appointment of Chief Financial Officer, and held a seat on the Board of Directors of a prominent Baltimore, Maryland based Company.
